You can ask us to delete your PrepExcel account and the personal information associated with it at any time.
To request deletion:
- Email prepexcelsat@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Include the email address or WhatsApp number your account is registered under, so we can find and verify it's you.
- We'll confirm your request and delete your account, diagnostic results, profile data, and messages within 30 days.
A few things worth knowing about what deletion covers:
- We keep limited records where we're required to for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, a record that a payment was made), even after the rest of your data is deleted.
- If you've messaged us on WhatsApp, deleting your PrepExcel account doesn't delete that conversation from WhatsApp itself — you can delete it from your own device, and Meta's retention of message metadata is governed by their own policies.
- Deleting your account is permanent — your diagnostic history, study plan progress, and any personal statement or LOR drafts you've written with us cannot be recovered afterward.
