Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PrepExcel's website (prepexcel.org), WhatsApp numbers, and related services. By creating an account, messaging us on WhatsApp, or enrolling in a plan, you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you, since enrollment requires them to arrange payment.

We offer SAT preparation and college counseling services for Pakistani students, including:

• An SAT diagnostic test, practice quizzes, timed quizzes, and full-length mock exams
• AI-generated study plans, performance analytics, and an AI tutor
• Daily live classes and weekly 1-on-1 mentor meetings (Live plans only)
• College Counselor tools — university matching, profile scoring, personal statement and letter-of-recommendation help (College Counselor plan only)

Our current plans, at the time of writing:

• SAT Preparation — Rs. 9,999 per month (Without live classes)
• SAT Prep + Live Classes — Rs. 29,999 one-time (Includes daily live sessions with Mentor)
• College Counselor + SAT — Rs. 49,999 one-time (Full SAT prep + university application support)

Full plan details are on our Services page, which may change from time to time — the plan and price you agreed to at enrollment is what applies to your account.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login secure. Each account may be signed in on one device at a time — signing in on a new device signs out any other. You're responsible for activity on your account.

We don't process card payments on our website. To enroll, we send you our bank account details over WhatsApp; you make a bank transfer and send us a screenshot of the receipt along with the reference number we give you, and we activate your account once we've confirmed the payment.

All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies once your account has been activated, regardless of how much of the program you've used.

By using PrepExcel, you agree not to:

• Share your account or login with anyone else, or attempt to bypass the one-device-at-a-time restriction
• Copy, redistribute, or resell our questions, study materials, or reports
• Use the platform, our AI tutor, or our WhatsApp numbers to send abusive, illegal, or harmful content
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Our diagnostic and predicted scores are estimates based on your performance in our system, not a guarantee of your actual SAT score. University “chances” and admissions guidance are estimates based on available data, not a promise of admission, scholarship, or any specific outcome.

Study plans, tutoring responses, essay feedback, and similar content are generated with the help of AI and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your judgment, and check with your mentor or tutor if something seems off — especially for advice on scores, deadlines, or applications.

Our questions, explanations, study plans, branding, and platform are owned by PrepExcel or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal SAT/college-prep study, and nothing else, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

PrepExcel is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the platform accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, PrepExcel isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in question.

We may update these terms as our services change. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and for significant changes we'll let you know via WhatsApp or email. Continuing to use PrepExcel after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
